Custom Hair style Request
At our braid salon, we offer custom hair style requests. To receive a quote for your desired style, please fill out our custom hair style request form. Our form allows you to provide detailed information about the type of braid or style you are looking for, as well as the length and type of your hair. After submitting the form, one of our stylists will be in touch with you shortly to discuss your request and provide a quote. We look forward to helping you achieve the perfect look

Our braiding salon is committed to providing quality service to our customers. All services provided by our salon are subject to our terms and conditions. We reserve the right to refuse service to any customer who does not abide by our policies. We also reserve the right to refuse service to any customer who appears to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
Rules 1
1. Is a deposit required? Yes, a non-refundable deposit of $50 is required.

2. What if I need to reschedule? Email your braid professional to reschedule within 1-4 days of your original appointment.

3. What happens if I cancel my appointment? Deposits are non-refundable, and appointments may be canceled without a refund if hair is not properly blown out.

4. Do you work with all types of hair? Yes, but extra charges may apply for concerns such as alopecia, thin or thick hair. Consultation may be required.

5. Do you work with colored hair? Yes, we work with colored hair.
​
6. Can I bring my kids or others? No, only the client with an appointment is allowed.
​
7. What happens if I'm late to my appointment? Contact your braider in advance to avoid late fees, which may vary depending on how late you are.

8. How long does service take? Review service descriptions and plan your day accordingly.
Rules 3
9. Is there a specific hair length needed? Yes, hair must be at least 4 inches or longer.

10. How should I come to my appointment? Come well-rested, bring AirPods or headphones, positive vibes, and be well-dressed and picture-ready.

11. Cash is preferred mode of payment but with a $5 fee for card payments.

The $50 deposit is applied toward the final price. For gypsy knotless style, bring 2 packs of any 24" human hair bulk. Boho and gypsy styles require the client to bring their own human hair. Additional charges may apply for services such as ombré braids.
